Hi my name is Kevin, I live in southern Ontario Canada. I am 52.My interest in this forum is Alaskan campers and all pop up campers in general.I purchased an Alaskan NCO 10' footer 2 years ago when I did not have a Truck. I had been looking for an Alaskan on and off for the past 5 years, when I saw a picture of an 8'NCO and was hooked.I had to have one. It raises it lowers and it has a hard top, almost Bear proof not like tent trailers which I call Bear picknick tables.
This year 2010 I finally got a truck with help and sugestions from great people on this forum,Thanks All.
My rig now is a 1972 10' NCO Alaskan with a white 1997 Ford F350XL 1 ton crew cab long box (8')that has a 351 small block gas engine 2 wheel drive. ( I dont do any rock crawling )
Other than campers my interests are reading, fishing, photography, and of course traveling and camping with my son.
Cheers,
Kevin.
Fishing Reading Camping
Keep your eyes on the road and your hands upon the wheel and always have some body help you load or unload your camper.
