How to get work done on new TT. We bought a new FR product and have a lot of warranty issues. The dealer damaged some things and a lot of poor quality ran through the mfg facility. I getting either a voice message or "call anytime - we will fix you up" response but never goes any farther. Any secrets to getting them to acually fix things? (I would even do the labor myself but they don't seem to want to talk seriously about it)
