Vinyl, wood, and insulation out. Airing out for a few days before we put in foam board insulation.

New wood installed.
New vinyl installed. It is slightly lighter than the original and has a different pattern, but it looks nice.
New vinyl installed. Surprisingly.... this was actually the most pleasant part about this project.
