These are vinyl plastic carpet guards for protecting the carpet when painting walls and trim work.
Given their design and dimensions, they appear perfect for water drip guards on the side of trailer slides.
They are cheap enough as I got enough in one package (6 pieces) to do the 3 slides on my trailer.
Cost was about $4.50 from Home Depot here in Canada
