Shingletown KOA. We hit this park two days before they close for the season. No one, well almost no one, was there. Very nice people.
The road through Lassen Park goes right over the volcano. This is the parking lot at 8500 feet.
Bullards Beach State Park
Carl G. Washburne Memorial State Park. We went to here in early October 2019 and there were very few people camping.
