The bathroom did not come with a fan. What a shame that we had a garden shower and no fan to evacuate the steam or "number 2's". Purchased the Fan-tastic MODEL 3350 CEILING CONTROLLED FAN and vent from amazon with the lap tape and self leveling roof cement. Great fan with power up/down, speed, temp and auto-shut rain sensor. There was no hole to begin with. The project was ~$250 and about 4 hours of work.
