Door Panel

I insulated the sleeper area and put the fiber board up. I used a 1/8" smooth on one side and ruff on the other. The smooth side was perfect for glueing material to. The board was not easy to install and I was really worried that this is not going to look the way I want it to.

The liner material was also a pain to figure out. I stopped at home depot again and found a material which was very short nap and looked biege. I put this up on the passenger door it looked pink! I was so bumbed and really did not know what to do, my wife thought it was fine. I probably would have gone with it if it wheren't for the arrival of the 4 air seats. Up agaisnt them it really looked pink. (They where tan) I ripped it out went back to searching for something when I found a black indoor outdoor carpet which actually looks just like car interior material. It had a rubberize back which was a bonus. I put it on the door with a little wood trim and bingo it was perfect.
