A local bike shop, but Yakima is pretty common. I think even Amazon has them. Probably was more expensive than one of the bikes themselves, but I really got tired of the old one that required about 12 bungee cords and those would scratch the bikes when dirt got under them. This one never touches the paint, and only takes about 2 minutes to rack the bikes. Also by leaving it down (it folds up when not in use) I can rack and lock the bikes whenever they are not used rather than chain them to something. The rack has cable locks built in, and the rack itself locks to the hitch receiver.
