Wanapum State Park in Washington, near Ginko Petrefied Forest State Park

They had full hookup available right there, but I never use it. In this site, I used just electric and water. You can see the lid to the sewer connection next to the breaker box. At this park, all sites are full sites.

Well, it took me a long time to notice your question...ha. There were a lot of big logs, not just stump, and lots of smaller pieces. Problem with this park is there is nothing to see... its all gone now. Taken away by collectors before it became a protected sight. There is a very nice rock shop there with lots of wood from around the world including some from the area. I'm sure there is still a lot out there but you can't explore and dig. "Petrified Forest National Park" is way better for seeing the wood in its natural state.
