Factory equipment: Queen walk around bed, slide out for couch and dining area, flat screen TV with CD/DVD player, air conditioning, 4 burner stove, full fridge, double bunk bed with single bunk overhead, furnace, hot water tank, lav sink, toilet in bathroom with tub and shower, electric awning, 14" wheels, thin "V" skid plates, outside shower.

Exterior: Replaced 14" tires with 16" rims and Maxxis 10 ply tires, replaced factory axles with heavy duty axles with cross bracing, strengthened springs equipped with grease nipples, and replaced skid (drag) plates with welded on square tubing and metal wheels.
Added an awning over slide out.
Interior: Purchased foam mattress topper for queen bed, installed towel racks in kitchen and bathroom and toilet paper holder, modified one deep drawer in kitchen to provide two shallower drawers, table pedestal legs turned to be parallel with table length (provides more stability).
Customizations: Made a "turn key" to enable turning hot water tank bypass valves on and off from outside of trailer, made two pull-out drawers for pantry, and made dish rack for cupboard above sink.
Also run a dehumidifier on a timed cycle during off season storage.
Renovations and Repairs: As above.
Tow Vehicle: 2012 Ford F250 Lariet Super duty 4X4 fully equipped, 6.2 litre gas engine.
