Thompson Camp in Upper Surprise Canyon

I believe so, This is the Thompson Camp just up Surprise Canyon from Panamint City. Shotgun Mary Thompson was 82 in 1967 when she died. Quite a character and seems a good fit with some of the other Panamint sagas we have heard or read about.
