I took my KK a "little" further than than you did. I took a ride in 2116 from NC through KY towards ID and out to Tillamook Oregon before crossing the US/Canada border at Blaine, Washington and on to Alaska. Return trip was via Edmonton, Billings, and Nashville, TN before getting back to Eastern NC. 6 weeks and 9K miles.
