Removed the panel under the bathroom vanity. Pretty easy to pry the staples and brad nails loose. Reinstalled with screws to make it a removable panel. The original black flush inlet comes in from the outside wall into this void area. The new one comes in under the bed, through the void between the bedroom and bathroom and under the vanity.
