Bought used in June. Was lived in forn9 mos, and shows really well! Will eventually be my full time place after the Big D.
Built a 50x25 cover where an old mobile home resided. Base is crushed concrete with a 12x70 concrete slab for a porch & parking.
Peaceful location, had septic water and electricity, just need some color!
