Exterior: Added propane connection for gas grill to starboard side rather than the installed position on port.


Added key lock to front basement storage.

Interior: Master bedroom;
Added closet bar support in middle due to sagging bar when clothes are hung up.


Bathroom;
Oxygenics shower head.

Installed hand towel and towel hanger.

Removed the door that opens in to bathroom and flipped the frame 180 degrees, re-hung door to swing out allowing my wife to dry hair with door open and not burn up. Allows for more room as well.

Living room;
Added large pads under recliner feet prevent gouging of vinyl (wood) floor.

Renovations and Repairs: Beefed up the brackets to the entrance stairs due to cracking factory design.

Modified the pantry slider due to it failing. Bad design. Added 20" self closing cabinet slides and rebuilt the shims. Keeps the pantry from sliding open when loaded.
