Renovations and Repairs: Total rewired rats nest factory wiring under trailer-installed in conduit with plastic electrical boxes and terminal strips with wiring diagrams for future reference. Shower drain came apart leaked water thru insulation and flooded to black membrane under trailer-had to cut big area out and remove insulation to dry out. Installed new metal drain assy. Factory floor cutout was too large to catch wood support blocks to keep floor from flexing when you stand in shower-had to make crossmembers to fix that.-
