LumaStar 30FK

Purchased new in 1994. 3 of our 4 grown children have started to borrow it which leave us little time to use it in the summers.
Everything still works with the exception of the gas feature on the refrigerator.
Never had anything serviced on it in 25 years.
Original awning is showing some wear (small tearing) in the ends where it attaches to the trailer.
