My wife has allergies and did not want carpeting. So it had to go. Not to mention the fact that it is so much easier to clean the wood floors. Lucky for me I got some great deals on the boxes of flooring. got 5 box's for the price of 2 because the other 3 box's were damaged. The most expensive part was the Bullnose for the steps and the step up to the fire place. here are a few shots.....
