Customizations: I just added the Jack OmniGo TV Antenna to my PUP.

Renovations and Repairs: I replaced the A/C with a Vent Fan.
I Replaced the Microwave and turned that space into a Pantry.
I fixed the handle my Wife started tearing off the foam grabbing it at the top where the foam starts.
