Glacier Bay

Bought it used a few months back. They showed me where There had been some water damage to the inside of the back wall. Roof had since been fixed. Wall is up to me to fix. Has 3 slides?
Found out the hard way the air conditioner doesn't work. Had to repair the furnace, Refrigerator went out so I purchased a 7.5c.uft. Residential refrigerator since i'm permanently parked and living in it.Full time. Besides the wall, they had told me that the trailer was sound and there was nothing wrong with it. How did I get bamboozles?I paid $13,500 for it.

Renovations and Repairs: Add furnace, worked on replace the refrigerator repaired toilet air conditioner. Doesn't work. I'm going to have to replace that.
I pray nothing else happens. I do have a problem with sagging. And separation and water dripping down by the kingpin, and the overhang. After reading the forum on here, i'm going to seal off the two lights up top in the front. Add my roof checked it's sound. I resealed one side of the curvature in the front of the
Overhang.
Because the silicone had separated and was moldy, the other side doesn't look like that. But the water is dripping out the middle of the kingpin, on both sides of it. The I'm not sure what the material is. It's not metal as as far as I can tell. I mean, I'm 62 years old, and I'm a disabled female, I know nothing about campers, whatever the outside of the material of the trailer ISIS sagging and separated at the kingpin, there's bubbling. Lots of it underneath overhang, I'm going to drill a small hole in the bubble and see if water comes out. See if that helps I need other suggestions please on how to repair this myself.
