Renovations and Repairs: New sleeper sofa and theater seats in the living area. New King mattress and topper in bedroom. TV in bedroom changed to a hinged door to allow for hidden storage behind TV. Living area TV changed out to LED Flat screen.
New residential large convection microwave installed.
