Customizations: Front and rear Sumo Springs; granite kitchen counter; teak dining table; removed 1/2 of dinette booth and substituted two chairs; removed sofa sleeper and substituted Thomas Payne Seismic Series Theater Recliners; Replaced original LR TV with smart TV and Sonos surround system w/speakers; replaced all shades with day/night dual shades; replaced kitchen sink with large single stainless residential kitchen single sink and residential pull out faucet; removed oven/range & micro & replaced with residential stainless overhead convection/micro combo; have portable induction cooktop; replaced refrig panels with brushed stainless; upgraded a/c; remodeled some kitchen cabinetry and added cabinets from available space from oven removal; made pantry out of coat closet; removed small sink in bathroom & installed large raised porcelain bowl sink w/residential tall faucet; installed porcelain toilet; changed all lighting in coach and added lighting above master bed; upgraded mattress in master; added shelves to all cabinets and one shelf under tv in bedroom; added sun shields for front and side drivers windows when coach is parked from SunShield and tire shields; upgraded lights from Forest River; added auto locks to door; changed to chrome automatic, heated driving mirrors; added ceiling fan to bedroom. New tires 2020.
