flip up counter extension

So the Roo came with this pretty useless 18"x 18"
mini table that hooks to the outside!

I made it work inside with some flip up, folding shelf brackets.

Looks like it was from the factory.

Had to move the 120 outlet down.

Had to reinforce the flimsy luan plywood with some 3/4" plywood.

There is a gap in there between the oven and the luan.

Oven slides out without having to disconnect the gas line. (there is enough slack in that line)
