Vintage Trailer with a lot of original equipment including couch cushions, birch paneling, countertops, and flooring.
She made one trip to Minnesota and back and now we keep her in or near Florida for local camping trips.

Exterior: Window AC Came with some mysterious large eyehooks on the rear. We use them to tie up the dog. My brother wired an outdoor electric outlet and we added a Rpod screened porch which fits perfectly in the channels already there. 150$ on eBay.
Interior: Love the layout with a bed in the back and dinette in the front. Lots of storage and a sink and 3-way fridge and the original gas stove and oven which work well after cleaning. No bathroom but we just park near the restrooms. Added a good memory foam mattress which is super comfy.
Renovations and Repairs: We had to reframe walls under several windows where they had leaked. all the seals have been redone with new putty tape. we added blue board insulation as we reframed. still, need to reinsulate the roof.
Tow Vehicle: 6 cylinder 2008 Subaru Outback. The trailer is only 1700 lbs. we removed the gas heater and the water tank. Use a little electric heater and have a window AC.
Favorite Camping Destinations: Mostly use Fl state parks which are outstanding, and half price for 65year plus residents. We especially love St Joes, Sebastion, Gamble Rogers SRA, Anastasia, and Little Talbot Island.
