Cherokee 38P

Destination trailer we bought on site at a resort in 2014. It never leaves this site.

2007-Cherokee-38P-38' or 39'

Customizations: --Mouseproofing.
--Added a couple of outlets on separate circuits (spare breakers) so we could use two electric heaters.
--Removed shower door so we could put a dehumidifier in the shower, draining directly into the graywater tank.
--Put shelves in one of the four clothes closets for a bigger pantry.
--The original speaker system had four speakers and a woofer on a 2.1 stereo system. Installed a 5.1 home theater + HDTV and wired it to the installed speakers.

Renovations and Repairs: --Replaced graywater drain line. Original plumbing had frozen and split.
--Replaced interior lighting with LEDs. First used "corncob" style but they were no brighter, and the Chinese ones failed quickly. Then switched to the ones with 48 COB (Chip On printed circuit Board) LEDs which were much brighter. These drew as much current as the lamps they replaced but were much brighter.

Tow Vehicle: None for this trailer. We have never moved it from the resort site where we bought it.
