Simple coach, 2660 CCC sticker and initial modified sticker weight was 9388 lbs. My first actual weigh was 10120 lbs with full propane (68Lbs) and gas (55 Gal) including 200 lbs of myself in the drivers seat, no water was included but should be an additional 415 lbs for 50 gallons (=/- the waterheater and leftover after draining the tanks at the dealer after the PDI). Max CGVR is 12500 or 13500 on different door stickers. Initially getting 8-15 mpg on the dash guage at 85-45 mph.
