A scrap piece of 1"x2" tube was welded to the front of the battery rack and then 1.5" wide 3/16" flat bar was welded to this and up to the frame above

Photos of my battery and inverter installation. 6-Trojan T-125 batteries. Two are up front behind main grill and 4 under step in a custom holder that replaced the factory 2-battery tray.
