3 cut the cord with about 12 inches still out from the trailer side, give me some to work with. wires are in good shape.
6 completed "new" removable cord. this is the old length, cut with a new end installed

2 need caulking as the trailer exterior wall is uneven aluminum. and the kit i got is for flat surfaces (or modern trailers)
