2017 SW Virginia AT trip, Tilson's Mill located northwest of Mount Rogers NRA along the Appalachian Trail (AT). Tilson's Mill was built before the Civil War and operated until 1940 milling local corn and wheat. The mill was an early water turbine drive. A project for someone with a lot of time, energy, and a large wallet.
