Fall 2016 WY/CA/AZ/NM Trip, Green River at the outlet of Green River Lakes in the northwest side of the Wind River Range, WY. 20+ miles of bumpy road with almost all two lanes, no sharp rocks, and scenic. The campground at the lakes was less than half full in the second half of August until Labor Day weekend when the campground did fill in the late afternoon each day.
