The front cap looks pretty scary, but before I bought it, I sent all the pics to a friend that does mobile rv repair. he said even i we have to rebuild the front framing, I'm looking at $600+/- to fix it. I paid $2500 for the trailer, so there is some room to spend before I get close to low book. Also, I didn't see any evidence of water damage inside, so that's a good thing.
