Did I mention that counter space is in short supply in an RV? I made this cover for the stove. It's got a laminate top with maple edging. I did some fancy cutting on the underside to allow the cover to sit lower on the counter. I made a piece of maple at the bottom and rear to match the profile of the stove so the when this top is in place, it locks in and can't move around. We'll take it off though for travelling so it won't bounce clear off the counter....
In this photo, you can also see a towel bar I installed at the end of the counter. I made a little block from oak at one end to get it out from the end wall. I installed a Tow-Rax flashlight holder (not easy to find one). I also relocate the white grab handle from the outside to the inside since we're putting in a new one outside.
