I made this sink work surface from an extra maple cutting board we had laying around. I made a template first then cut the large radius corners on the table saw. Then I took an electric sander to it to make the corners nice and smooth. I used a router with roundover bit to put a radius on the top and bottom edges. I made a finger hole with a Forstner bit. Lastly, I put on a little vegetable oil to finish it off. Looks fabulous dahling! Brownie points won here (again).
