Had a 32ft (for 40ft overall) box made that is 1.5" square tubing with 1/8" walls on 16" centers welded. Has a 13ft separate car garage with the bedroom overhead (5ft headroom) and the other 19ft underneath is 24" tall basement-which is accessible from the interior. I started in May of '08. Have most interior in-now have to do electrical and plumbing. With the full length basement-will be relatively easy.
