I don't know about LA, but in Ohio, all I had to do is go to the DMV local office and sign a paper that the truck had all the changes you listed and they gave me a new motorhome title. then you take the new title and get motorhome tags. just in case DOT were to ever give me trouble, i carry the title in the truck with me at all times.

I have a 1997 isuzu bread truck with bunk bed ,air and heat, with a microwave and a porty potty. with a aluminum ramp to load my motorcycles. the box has two slide and jalouise windows , one on each side. I need info for getting classified as a motorhome, in louisiana.
