OEM Electrical switchs for T2000

I am just getting started on the cab refurbish of our T2000 project. I am in need of several OEM style switches for the dash and new panels for the dash. Many of the dash panels have been "modified" by the previous owner and I would like to return them to standard or better. Some cool carbon fiber look panels would be neat but I may have to settle for OEM simulated wood grain.

Does anyone know:
1.The name of the OEM that supplies these switches to Kenworth
2.Where I could get aftermarket surround panels for the switches
