I am in the early planning stages of building a toterhome. In the future we will be pulling between a 32 foot and a 40 foot gooseneck race car trailer. I am thinking I want a 14-16 foot box that will sleep 6, 2 on each of 2 fold out couches, and 2 in an over the cab bunk. It will also need to have a small bathroom, a refridgerator, a microwave, and a LCD television. I'm not sure what type of tractor to base it on, all I do know is I want atleast a 9 speed and a rear entry.

Now for my questions, what type of HP do I need, what would be a good starting point as far as a tractor, what wheelbase do I need, what kind of floor plan for the box, is there anywhere I can get plans on how to build a toter?

Thanks

Greg
