Default Wall and Ceiling Fabrics

I am looking for ceiling and wall fabric. I have seen some that has a smooth leather/vinyl look. I have also seen some that looks like headliner material. Also, is this just glued on with contact cement? I have skined out the inside of my project with 1/2" plywood, and thought I would just glue to that. I dont know what I will do if I ever had to remove a panel though. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

I think I've seen the stuff in big rolls at large fabric stores? Or a foam supply place maybe. It's like foam backed vinyl I think.
