Hooked fuel lines back up to generator. Attempted to start and was not getting fuel. Removed electric fuel pump and started pumping for a short time. Reinstalled and still wouldn't start. Put a new pump on. Found plungers stuck in injection pump. Took off and took to injection pump shop.'

I have been watching your build for a long time. Do you have a welding shop in Rockford il? I need to extend my frame behind the rear tandems.

Volvoman, thanks for taking the time out of your day to show off your project. (((Wow)))... I tried to call the guys down in Morris, & didn't receive a call back for 3 weeks, I think they are busy. I called them again today. I'll be talking to you in the near future when I get cought up on work. I loaded the tank in my pickup truck 3 weeks ago & haven't been able to do anything because of work. Thanks again.

Used it three times. First trip to lacrosse Wisconsin started leaking automatic transmission fluid . Got back home after adding about 10 quarts of fluid. Found out shift modular was leaking air pressure in to transmission and pushing fluid out filler tube. After second trip retightened every thing. That trip was a short one. Third trip was to Aurora. Casino and every thing was good.
Added motor power heated mirrors.

Toy hauler door still leaks on top little.

Great that you're able to get it out on the road! Congratulations. That was a LOT of work.

You can put a stick on gutter above the door. That can help. We did that. It's called EZE RV gutter.
