Default Sealing a new build

I'm just about ready to " skin " my new build. i have many questions regarding keeping water on the outside. I plan to screw or rivet the skin to the framework that I built ... how do you seal all of the individual rivets or screws? Also, how do you seal where the sheets overlap ? These questions also apply to doing the roof. Any and all suggestions , good or bad, are welcome. Thank you !

Are you planning on putting anything between the skin and the frame? If not SikaFlex or the like is probably the best for sealing.
