Default Motorcycle lifts

I am new here and working off of my iPhone, which isn't compatible with the search function so please bear with me.

I am thinking about putting a drom box on a Class 8 to carry a motorcycle or two.

What sort of lifts do folks use to load your bikes?

And had anyone used a Rampage lift? I have seen them used with pickups but not sure how well they will handle the extra loading height of a Class 8 chassis.

Interesting. Does it load from the back or side?

load from back garage door. then folds under body. Its a normal run of the mill lift gate, but I've loaded (besides audio gear) bikes, lawn tractors, carts, etc.

There's a few guys on the hdt section of Escapees that have something like what you're thinking. I've seen them use a winch drawn frame thingy that they put the front tire into a bracket and the whole thing then gets pulled up into the box. I've also seen a beam up top of the box that slides out and a winch then lifts the bike straight up. Then the whole thing slides back in.

Maybe search around here a bit and see what you find:
