liftco help needed

Hi, I have, I think, looked all over the net to find some instructions/diagrams on a Liftco slide out in our 2005 coachmen mirada 340mbs. I have even contacted Liftco without success.
I have had to remove the slide room to do some work on some water damage.

I thought while removing everything that I documented everything, my usual mo.
Reinstalling was going well until I had to bolt down the Tbolt with the two shoulder bolts.
My question is, why do I have two different length bolts, an, why don't the bolts actually hold down the Tbolt to the mounting plate.
It is near impossible here in Australia to get anyone to look at the slide, so I've hade to dig.
