Heading out this afternoon from St. Paul. Going to try to make it east of Chicago and sleep in a truck stop tonight. Then the rest of the way to Cleveland tomorrow. If you see my truck on the highway honk. I'll be happy to honk back. We're taking our friends and their 3 kids, ages 6, 4, and 2. They have a family wedding in Huron (about 40 minutes west of Cleveland). My wife's sister and her family live in Westlake, Ohio (western suburb of Cleveland) so we're going to spend Friday and Saturday with them and then get back together with our friends and their kids at the wedding reception. Then when they want to put their kids to bed they bring them out to the r/v and the wife and I will babysit so our friends can continue dancing. Then, we sleep in the lot of the reception hall and head on the road home Sunday morning. I told him if he pays all the fuel we'll take the rig. He's loving that since he won't have to drive his wife and 3 kids in their Honda Pilot the whole way. We'll have a good time. We'll send the kids dvd movies to the bedroom t.v. and just have them ride back there while the parents chat/eat/drink (lots of alcohol for those 3, none for me since I'm driving), etc....

I'm also going to get off at the United Specialties exit and go up to their factory for a quick visit. It looks like they're only 4 miles north of I90 mid Indiana. Want to bring my baby back to visit it's birthplace. Hahahahaaha.

Going great so far. We made it through Chicago pretty well about midnight. A couple places they were doing road work we got slowed down some. Made it to the truck stop at Portage, Ind. Lots of room to park the truck. Ran the slide out and everybody went to sleep.
