I think you'd have to pay a pretty penny to ship one of these deals. You should be able to get a local welder to whip one up pretty cheap, like I did.

My hitch looks basically like bushpilot's tube receiver, and my back of my truck is also similar to bushpilot's. The tube receiver does it all for me, I can put the tow bar in, or put a std trailer ball in. My hitch piece was made by a company in Indiana. Here is the info off my hitch:
Sellers Mfg; Wakarusa, IN; "Ruff Neck" is I presume the model

Doing some search, it appears Sellers was bought out by Lippert Components, which is a major RV supplier. No idea if they still make the big truck hitches.

Well after much searching, I think Lippert abandoned the hitch. If you can't beatem, buy em and close em.
