I did one on a 2002 Century....pretty straight forward. Pop the center horn button out with a little screwdriver. There is a nut you back out that holds the steering wheel down, just like a car. A standard damper or steering wheel puller will pop off the wheel. Just be cautious of the horn button wire as you don't want to break that. Depending on the style wheel you should be able to see that when you pry the center button off.
