The Spokane paper has a column about RVing. I have seen some interesting things in it. The one from a couple weeks ago is about a converted Hendrickson airport fire truck (I think) made into a special purpose RV for someone who needs to get way out in the woods for professional reasons, but is limited now by a new health problem. (Do a google search for "Draco" and "RV" and you should get there.)

The one I saw this week is about the "EarthRoamer" - at "earthroamer.com". It is not a perfect answer for everything, but does have some interesting technology and thinking in the product.
