I had bigfoot levelers installed on my motorhome in 2000. From the very beginning I have to depress the power on and hold it there for about a minute, seems like a lot longer thinking the the system will not power on but has never failed to power on. Is this normal or have I had a problem for the past 4 years? Other than this they have worked flawlessly. Thanks.

first i have to amke sure i understand you have a manual where you have a tochpad on and off button? if you do it should just click right on to power up, if it does not then it could be the button is sticking or has a flaw in it if it has been doing that from the beginning so let me know for sure what it is doing and i will check and see if i have somthing i can send you to fix that problem for you.
Thanks Jason

Thanks for the quick reply Jason. Yes, it is a manual system with the touchpad mounted to the dash. I cannot just depress and release the power on touchpad button, I have to hold my finger on it until it powers up, sometimes up to a minute. Thanks.

Well from the sounds of that there is something wrong with that panel and it is most likely in a relay that can not be fixed so I will tell you what if you give me a call I am sure we can get you fixed up.

Thanks Jason
