Talking New Toterguy

Hi

My name is Hank, my son and I race 360 ASCS Winged Sprint Cars. We just purchased an almost new 1989 GMC Topkick Toter with an Aero Lite Conversion. The rig is a one owner garage kept like new old truck with only 107,000 miles on it. It has a 8.2 Turbo Detroit diesel in it with a six speed manual and a 3.90/1 rear diff. It has 12,250# rear axle and a 7,000# front axle. We have a 40' -2012 Super Hauler race car trailer it so will be interesting to see how the old girl handles the work.

If anybody has any literature for an Aero Lite conversion we would sure appreciate a scanned copy. I do not believe they are still in business but I believe they were still making conversions as late as 1998. We have no idea how the various systems work like the Ownan generator set, satellite T.V, power invertor, etc.

Our first race is in Park City, Kansas on March 31 so we will see pretty soon how it pulls.
