I have a 2006 Kibbi Renegade booked at $235k. It's insured with American Modern Insurance and they seem to raise the rate each year.

The policy is

300k/500k Bodily Injury Liability
100k Property Liability
300k/500k Bodily Injury UIM
$500 deductible on collision and comp
Full replacement Cost
Registered in Nevada

Paying $1750 a year.

What you all think?

Wow, it sounds like high to me. I don't know tho. My rig is much less valuable but I only pay $495/year to State Farm.

Yes, State Farm is the best we've found too.

GEICO was great for us. it took a bit to make them understand what we were insuring. They finally came around and rates were great.

Just got our Freightliner titled as a Motor Home. Still struggling to get in insured. When I call to get a quote what do I tell them it is. I say RV but when they ask what Year and Make everything changes on their end. Need advice.

We are with State Farm Rates are competitive and it was pretty painless. I sent my agent pics of the inside and outside and they did the rest.

We had Bluesky for a year or two and they jacked the rates (because Texas politicians let them)...we moved to Allstate (without issue) and saved a BUNCH of $

I have State Farm and with our home and cars, the rv policy is around $950 a year with similar coverages. My rig is valued at $150k. It's my understanding the rates really go up after the $150k valuation? So yours may not be that far off. You can go on progressive website and get a quote, they were real close to State Farm before our multi policy discount.
