Default Brighter headlights

Anybody here upgraded their headlights? I have a 2004 freightliner Columbia and I want more light for night driving. Looking for ideas or what you have tried before.

I added a set of Rigid D2 (driving pattern) LED lights in my bumper opening....they are INCREDIBLY bright.

There is a guy named David Dixon that owns a Truck Conversion. He's a full timer (lives in his RV). He is a nuclear engineer and works on nuclear plants around the country. He also is pretty smart about lighting. He realized these trucks don't have good lights. So, he started a company. Lots of the HDT crowd have put his lights on their trucks and love them. I think the kit is about $1200. Not cheap. But, I've heard other light improvements just don't even come close. I think he makes the kit for your truck now too. 2001-2015 Freightliner Columbia Bi-Xenon Headlamps | Deep Space Lighting

Boy and people think the Rigid Industries LED's are expensive

I was actually thinking of putting a Rigid Industries (20") light bar in the grill or bumper opening - but went w/ the 6 LED pods, because i could get a little wider spread/aim if i wanted....I keep the passenger side light aimed toward the ditch / shoulder a little and the other light straighter.

Nothing pisses me off more than DEER on the high way at night & i figure this way i can at least light up the ditch and maybe see 'em before they make me their target

STORY about the Rigid LED's on the coach....were driving at night (late, like we usually do on our runs back and forth from Houston to Shenandoah Valley Va)....i turned the LED's off and my wife thought i turned ALL the headlights off too....just an example of how bright they LED's are.
